Skyler is a Seattle-based operations and event professional with a strong foundation in hospitality leadership, live production, and team coordination.
I grew up exploring the forests of the Uinta Mountains and later found my way into the backstage world — first as a stage manager and then into broader operations work that blends logistics, people management, and live event execution. My academic background in cognitive psychology equips me with a deep understanding of human behavior, communication, and systems thinking — all of which inform how I lead teams, problem-solve under pressure, and manage complex events.
I’ve supported a range of live events and productions, coordinated front-of-house operations in high-volume food and beverage environments, and helped execute logistics for educational and community programs. I thrive in dynamic, high-energy settings where collaboration, organization, and clear communication make everything run better.
Now based in Seattle, I’m focused on roles in event coordination, venue and operations management, and hospitality leadership — especially positions where I can continue growing professionally while contributing to meaningful and memorable experiences.
